SYNERGY is a casual raiding guild for Empire on Mind Trick. Our goal is to provide a rewarding, professional, and fun environment for serious and casual players alike. We have a strong and active leadership team. Our officers and members are mature players ranging from college students to parents, who realize the importance of a healthy and productive life outside of Star Wars. For the casual players we offer a fun and stress-free environment, with no raiding requirements.

SYNERGY offers serious players the same professional attitude that most of us follow in our real life careers: on-time, prepared, methodical, efficient. We require tools such as Ventrilo to make Operations as efficient as possible.

SYNERGY success depends on each player meeting guild expectations on attitude, communication, and collaboration; a chain is only as strong as the weakest link. Our members are expected to help one another, respect one another, and contribute regularly to the guilds needs. Communication tools include a Vent server, a website with forums (for discussion of game content or everyday real life topics that address nothing other than to have a good laugh), and an event calendar. This philosophy serves as the foundation for healthy relationships, player commitment to the guild’s objectives, and guild commitment to individual player objectives.
